Scholars in Collars provides the most comprehensive program due to our unique structure.
We separate your dog's education into 3 primary areas:

Socialization - PUPPY DROP IN
House Skills and Manners - PROBLEM SOLVING SEMINAR
Obedience - FAMILY PET OBEDIENCE CLASSES

This allows us to focus on each area in detail. All three are paramount to your puppy's development.
Each one enhances the other in order to have a truly complete education for your dog.

PUPPY DROP IN CLASS
(FIRST VISIT FREE)

FOR PUPPIES 10-18 WEEKS
ONGOING AND RUNS WEEKLY

This drop in program is essential to kick off and compliment your obedience and problem solving work.
Your puppy will learn to be appropriate with dogs, people, greeting strangers, examination, grooming,
and physical challenges while learning to pay attention to you. Critical development for puppies is
actually between 3-12 weeks of age so starting as close to 10 weeks as possible is recommended.
Puppies must have proof of most recent vaccination and must have been home for two weeks.

OWNERS OF OLDER DOGS not eligible for puppy social : It is recommended that you come to
puppy social without your dog for a free session to learn skills and information to work with at home
and in the real world and get referrals for resources to facilitate these projects.

PROBLEM SOLVING AND

FOR ALL CURRENT AND WOULD BE DOG OWNERS
FREE FOR LEVEL ONE FAMILY PET STUDENTS. $30.00 FEE TO TAKE SEPARATELY.

This monthly seminar is about how your dog thinks and learns around the house and in the world
around him. You will learn how to prevent and solve many common problems such as nipping, jumping,
barking, chewing,stealing, and house soiling just to name a few. General learning principles, reading
your dog's body language and preventing aggression are also covered.

LEVEL 1 FAMILY PET OBEDIENCE CLASS

FOR PUPPIES AND DOGS OF ALL AGES
NEW SESSION STARTS EVERY MONTH

This course is designed to give you the necessary tools to achieve an educated and happy dog using
kind and positive methods. You will learn to teach your dog sit, down, stand, stay, wait, come when
distracted, to walk on a loose leash and most importantly to pay attention.

ADVANCED TRAINING

Scholars in Collars offers Advanced courses to continue your education and
enhance your relationship with your dog. Our advanced programs are 4 weeks long.
